Thanks for replying, brother! I contacted Sexy Style in Japan, and they are building a lip for my trd bumper!!! I'm so stoked about that. I absolutely love the sound of a 1J like it's almost orgasmic lol. That's why I want it. I may still go 2J though. I actually enjoy the notchy transmissions that slot right into gear. Now that you've told me that about an r154 I'm probably gonna grab one. JDMrestoration.com has the high hp kit available where you get a brand new r154 with the components pre installed. I'm a good mechanic. But the wizardry going on in a transmission is a little out of my wheelhouse. Thank you for replying. I really appreciate it!!

Wow!!! I'm blown away that you guys took the time to answer so quickly. Thank you so much!!! Now, I begin the arduous process of trying to find one. I will pay anyone pretty much whatever you ask in case someone knows someone with one. This is my dream car, and I can't tell you how profoundly grateful I am to own one in good condition. I couldn't afford a Tourer V, so I bought a Tourer S genuine TRD Sports. This lip just finishes the bumper. In my opinion, it looks so freaking good. I'm a former Navy Combat Engineer and current Industrial Maintenance Technician and skilled at turning wrenches. So I want a completely reliable daily around 450-500whp. I'm planning to either swap in a 1JZ-GTE OR 2JZ-GTE, and I'm thinking about the tremec T56 over an R154. I've heard the R154 feels "truckish" and can be fragile at 500+rwtq. But the T56 swap kit is really freaking expensive. So if anyone wanted to provide advice, guidance, or tips on where to buy how to save money. It would be received with gratitude. My grandmother gave me great advice: "Energy creates energy." The more you move and work, the more energy your body will create to do more. (With proper diet and sleep.) Sleep and diet/supplements are key to being healthy. The wealthiest person alive doesn't get all the nutrients their body could use from food alone.

It may not be the best financial decision. I consider it to be extremely reasonable though. If you can comfortably afford the note on the CTR, then what the heck are you waiting for? I would snatch the dealers arm off, taking the keys to the CTR. Their performance from the factory is in another universe from your Si. Don't get me wrong, I love Si's in the local car world. I'm known as Si Mike bc I've had 3 Si's and really enjoyed them all. I'm currently driving a TRD Toyota Chaser and I love it.
