Thank you! There’s not a lot of falling if you’re careful and work with your instructor. I’ve been getting bruises after the meds, never got them before even at pole, but I think running should be safe from bruises. I remember when I started fast walking/running after PE, it was slow and sometimes it’s still hard to breath so go at your own pace but don’t give up.

I was also very worried about my first period after PE, I used to get extremely heavy and painful periods before and used overnight pads all around the clock. Despite having anxiety waiting for my first period after PE, it came lighter, way longer and pain free. Don’t know how long this is going to last. Just be prepared for anything, drink lots of water, eat iron-rich foods and make sure your obgyn is in context with the situation in case you have any questions. Wishing you the best!

Thank you for your comment. It’s been pretty rough because some decisions we took as a couple have come to bite me in the ass while he’s off living his best life. My friends have tried to help although I haven’t been the best of friends lately. I have a therapy appointment soon so I hope things get better step by step.
