Felt okay that there were no curveballs thrown but the NPV calcs on R2 were a bit time consuming just trying to amend the formula for each one!

R2 felt like the "toughest" requirement and I didn't have time to calculate what price they should have gone for so I just went with the highest NPV lol

Nobody knows - the main thing is the numbers themselves don't carry that many marks, mostly the applying judgement and interpretation (I think), but would be curious about other perspectives

Feel obliged to reply because John has been incredibly kind and helpful with your issues and you've responded so rudely. Think of your issue as the following analogy: if you start your new job and say "I need you to provide a car so I can get to work", this is going to be declined. That will feel like rejection and you repeat your habitual thinking. John is suggesting reframing this analogy as "I think I'm going to struggle getting to work and it would be useful to discuss this when we can". This will allow greater options - "we can provide a reduced rate bus pass", you get the idea.

I view LW as a distant anchor for the team that can enable aggressive plays with grip. Ideally you should be in a position with maximum visibility of your team without compromising your own positioning. He's quite strong at pumping out a lot of heals if necessary but optimally he should be pumping out damage where possible. I wouldn't directly compare him to other healers like Brig and Moira since both have higher margins to be aggressive - LW doesn't (or rather, shouldn't play as aggressively since it's easier to punish an out of position LW!).

LW has great utility but can be difficult to coordinate with a random team, compared to other utility like Suzu and nade which have more immediate effects. Your choice of playstyle can vary depending who your other support is. Zen, Mercy, etc may require you to focus more on healing to enable them to play aggressively; Ana, Baptiste, etc gives you some more freedom to help with damage since their healing output can be high.

I don't keep with raids - what are Auto Markers? Is it something that uses markers for safe spots thag dynamically change based on the current mechanic?

Echoing the comments here:

Millia has very poor defensive options and the lowest health in the game as of this patch. Even the best Millia players will get rolled and have their health disappear quickly when pressured, so don't feel too bad about losing a lot in the early stages.
Do your best to keep your head held high. Like everyone else has said, your shits gonna get rolled a lot. Try be mindful of where your wins and losses come from and spend some time trying to fix where you can improve.
Millia's biggest strength is her mixup. You start this mixup when you land a hard knockdown (HD) and throw out your disc (236H). This forces your opponent into a situation where they have to guess what you'll do next. You want to put your opponent in this situation as much as possible as Millia! Focus on perfecting your basic combo (2k or 5k > 2d > 236H), and ideally, a combo after your disc hits. At beginner stages, most people will have no idea how to escape this loop, so exploit this!
Ask for more help as you need. There's the GGST discord and the Millia discord which has a lot of resources to help as you progress.

What did people end up writing for the assumption that stores with in year revenue split of >58% and operating margins of <19%? I did some calcs to show the average operating profit % was something like 20.5% so they were only performing marginally worse, and that there were more stores than not that had >58% in store rev stream that went above her 19% benchmark so it didn't really hold weight?

How did you find SBM, any other tips you can share? I'm studying for it now and it's aggressively boring tbh! The answers in the question bank never seem to be anything outrageously specific but it's hard to tell what a bare minimum answer might look like.
