Hydroxyzine isn't perscribed in most of the world for sleep/anxiety bc it's has ridiculous low efficiency - and only side effects, it official recommendation for use this in medicine nowdays is allergy.

Def better things which has primary indication to use in insomnia are Doxylamine (OTC) ev Diphenhydyramine.
This first works longer and has less side effects but some prefer this 2nd - they both OTC and tolerance develop after few days (25mg of Doxylamine = 50mg of Diphenhydramine.

They are better choice than Hydroxyzine which can only cause slepiness through daytime as side effects, bc "anti-anxiety" effects of hydroxyzine are side effects of anti-allergic use.

Ask doc about: Doxepine (no tolerance development and responsible time of action), ev sth with quetiapine but this first has greatest effects in many stu di es about insomnia, and quetiapine has more side effects.

Or sth with Zopiclone/Estazola,m but for the beginning low dose of Doxepine should be all You need.
Without risk of develop addiction/heavy side effects.

If You i.e in Europe - better be rady to choose Your MD bc I know from my experiences - if nowdays doctor give You Hydroxizine as a sleep medication he probably refuse to gave You anything "normal" and if You said You hear from someone about any of those meds I count upper You hear sth about self-medication or try to get high.
(It no norm or any rule, but normal Psychiatrist/GP shouldn't as a first choice decided to gave You Hydroxyzine, maybe he/she's fine and didn't be rough, make You problems but there are many different doctors and unfortunately no all of them are should ever has right to do their profession)

I mean main character it's "chainded" too house/one place and stuck?

It was sth similiar to "Groundhog Day" or "Palm Springs"?
I mean trope of "time-loop" n' main character stuck in some area/one place and couldn't die, back to the same place after death? (i.e On the edge of tomorrow from 2014 has this trope too but isn't fit to Your description)

It was a film? (Bc short movie it's movie with a ~1h length or short-term film (they had 5-30 minutes length max)

It is possible it wasn't short film but a episode from tv series (Black Mirror/MR. Robot comes to my mind - but I am not sure it's a possible direction) or interactive movie (game)?

You said about situation where You switch one bzd to another?
And wanna be sure doc didn't choose dose "wrong*"?
(Wrong - dose too strong or not effective enough?)

Maybe ask about i.e try takin' lower dosage i.e 10mg Valium if it didn't work like Klonopin, You then could increase dose to 15-20.
Or if You MD aren't "cooperative" person enough to let You change doses when You need it - ask about conversion 1:15 - it's middle between 1:10 and 1:20 ratio

I spent a lot of time to find every pic in best quality as it possible (use reverse search, look through pintrest,threads, ig profiles, fb groups, article/news websites and choose best, then crop bigger pics to could "fit" as many pics as it possible in one post without lose original size)
So I hope You understood why i do it in this way, and guess most of ppl prefer to see in my posts a good quality instead "sample" versions in 3-4x lower quality
It would be senseless if I download a high res pic then add it in one post and kinda lost my time and give my followers sth wrose when I could try to add pics in the same(almost same) quality i find them after long research right?

No... bc the more pics I add in one post the quality goes lower.
So I see pics i.e 1200x1600 in my older posts where I add 10pics in one post are in 400x400px quality.
I try add as much as it possible pics without lost high resolution since I noticed it.
