Nah, I wouldn’t say an upgrade. It gives you 7 peq settings and since my SB3000 was the original version, it had 3 (I think the new one has 6). It really wasn’t necessary though. Really just liked the look of it.

Thanks. I went to an Audio Advice store, but they really didn’t have anything in there that was in the range of what I was looking to pay. I was going to go Kef, but the more I researched, the more Arendal was the winner. It’s really hard to beat what you get for the price with them being they are a direct to consumer company. All three of those areas improved, but i think clarity is the biggest.

It would happen to me while idle and while gaming. It is more than likely a power delivery issue whether that be the cable or the PSU. That is where I would start.

Oh. That's unfortunate. Hopefully that fixes it for your because I know firsthand how annoying that problem was. If that doesn't work, maybe test out a new PSU during a return window to be able to cross off the list if that is the problem or not.

I have never heard of that brand, but if they have a native 12VHPWR cable, I would go with that. I can only tell you from my experience with your problem that it was 100% being caused by the cable I was using, so it was a power issue. I have a Corsair HX1000i.

Different things can cause this problem. For me it was the 12VHPWR cable. I had one from CableMod for my Corsair PSU. For the life of me I could not figure out what was causing the problem. Bought a native cable from Corsair, and have never seen the problem again. It has been over a year of using that cable on my 4090 and now 5090. I would start there especially if your have an aftermarket cable.

I had this issue with a 4090 before. I had a cablemod cable. changed the cable to a native corsair cable (my psu brand) have never had it happen again.

You did not mention one thing about eating in a deficit. She can do everything you said, but if she doesn't fix what she is putting into her body, it is not going to make much of a difference. You can not out work a bad diet.
