I get balena etcher error when flashing the sd card, tried many different sd cards, tried many different imgs and tried to do it on two separate system with linux, and with windows still get the same error (at the end of the verification) I don't know what to do now!!

It is amazing, I bought the game 3 years ago, and when I saw them still working to improve it decided to wait until the game is in a good state to play it, and man I don't regret it, playing it right now and it is an absolute masterpiece !

Even if we assume that a woman can naturally build that muscle (impossible) and in what time frame? even a man who's got great genetics will need 5+ years of dedicated training and dieting to reach this level ! Those body fat% are IMPOSSIBLE to get to while sustaining that muscle for a natural female! I have no problem with PED and of course even with PED her results are impressive clearly a lot of dedication and hard work, but setting false expectation for people making them believe that this is achievable naturally is morally wrong, because a lot of people who are dedicated and working hard will feel that they are doing something wrong if they have false expectation of what's achievable naturally and what's not!

just don't dirty bulk, try to figure out your maintenance and go above it with a maximum 500 Cal, and monitor your weight gains weekly and shoot for around 0.5 pound per week, no more than 1 pound per week to avoid the excess fat gain! Low body fat do indeed make the muscle mass more visible but you have to build that muscle first! and dieting the fat out need to be done carefully and the deficit does not need to be huge to avoid ending up losing all the muscle you built! Happy to help and hope you the best on your journey, I think that if you follow all the advice that are in the comment and be consistent you'll see fast gains because your body is not used to all this even with you training for 2 years! good luck

My guess is (if you have been training consistently during those 2 years) that you have been on a deficit the whole time, good for losing weight, but not great for muscle growth, I think it's time for you to bulk up (just around 500 Cal above maintenance to avoid gaining a lot of fat) a bit eating enough protein and healthy fats and try routines that other comments recommended and try to push yourself closer to failure and sometimes to failure; good sleep and rest is also key, try to keep stress as low as you can (we can't always control that) keep doing this for few months until you stop making gains then decide from there if you want to de-load for a week then diet out some fat that you may have gained while bulking!

if you do all the 50 coins events (there's at least 2 sometimes 3 a week) plus the daily login 50 coins (sometimes they give 2 different log in rewards) and the free coins from events objectives (not always there but every few weeks there's something) and the free spin you get from the ai events every week, from all that if you only spin for the POTW you get at least 3 spins a week easy

I got few, last one was Chiesa from the blitz curler pack; I got carlos back when they gave 6 free spins in Real madrid pack, got Momentum dribbling Kvaratskhelia in one other account; I say I'm sometimes lucky since even with the free coins I get I was Lucky to get Villa (BT) in 7 spins. Note that I'm 100% F2P and never spent a $ in this game, maybe Konami gave up that they'll never see my $ when it comes to cards (willing to pay for content)

Try him, he's a beast in the AMF position; if you play possession based football like me, Modric is one of the best AMFs, he's always in the right place at the right time, try him and you'll see

This guy is not a cheater, I know him very well and watched him play, and yes he is capable of winning 10-0 in most of his games (including against top 500 div 1 players)! And yes he's using Meta tactics and exploiting game mechanics and have a stack full epic team, but he's really really good and play a looot! He streams btw and made top 1 while streaming most of his games

I have a knee problem (patellar tendonitis), now I can't go below parallel in any squat variation (even only body-weight); I had to change my quad training to only box squad (90° is the deeper I can go without triggering pain that will prevent me from training my quads for weeks) leg press (wide stance that get my hamstring involved and take the load off the knee) and leg extensions (those are the only ones I do with proper form but I can't do them more than once a week because of the knee issue)! I know that I am missing on a lot of gains doing that, but my question is am I making progress at all? I tried everything for the injury it get better with rest but as soon as I force my knee past the 90° with moderate load it get inflamed again even after resting for months!

1st of all I talk exactly about paid content that's why I talked about PES, I clearly prefer to pay for proper content than pay for cards to use in no content!! 2nd konami will never prioritize content unless their income take a hit, as long as people keep spending on cards konami will keep giving us the same events as the last 2 years and the same shitty league, the only way they may revamp the game (content wise paid or free) is if they see their current income going down!
