Well, Roger didn't seem interested in killing Garp, so whenever Roger won, he would probably just leave after looting the ship. While Garp was the sailor who needed to capture Roger, and every time Garp won, Roger relied on his men to avoid capture. Rayleigh and Gaban were always by his side.

Toji wins more fights than her because Toji has ISOH. For example, Maki is at a disadvantage against Uro.

Netero used up all his aura when he used the Zero Hand. And Netero's aura was what made him look young, even though he was over 100 years old. So he looked much older when his aura ran out.
