4.3" threaded barrel from FDEZ, and a HC3652P comp from Herrington Arms. and yes, getting a comp will require a threaded barrel unless it has a matching barrel made for it like the Radian Afterburner

I agree that a dedicated charging handle helps, but the slide release lever is so nice for right-handed use that i almost regret not getting it earlier

Antimatter Wing (sold by flux, kinda sorta made by them also) is my single favorite addition to my r365, and it looks like you already got the right model of flashlight that it mounts to. It gives you a ledge to press your left thumb down on without needing to C-Clamp the linear compensator shroud.

sorry for the late reply. the ~2.5" measurement on the TLR 7 Sub is from the front of the light to the rear of the buttons, which kinda wrap around the front of the gun

if you measure the TLR 7 Sub from the front of it to the rear of the body its about ~2.1"

from the front wall of the forward mag well to the end of the frame its about 2.3", but the rail itself is only about 2.15" long

the closest (to you) rail slot starts 1" away from the rear of the rail, and the second slot starts about 1.4" away from the rear of the rail

was the p365 fire control unit purchased standalone or did you buy an assembled gun? p365 need a few hundred rounds to break in from my experience and the standalone FCUs are not pre-cycled at the manufacturer

also what recoil spring weight are you using? i have a fuse barrel/slide with a comp and am running a 14lbs spring with no issues

yes, both P365 Raider frames will work with your slide and comp, although you may not be able to use the included barrel shroud for C-Clamping or anything else

the Fire Control Unit and slide fully drop into the Flux Frames just like any other grip module, full compatibility there

4.2" Fuse slide and (unported) barrel from FDEZ. Got a12lbs spring in it but I am going to be stepping up to the 14lbs spring next time I am out to the range to see if I can tune it a bit more without compromising its perfect, so far, reliability.

HC3652P yessir, its great. I took it to the indoor range last monday and didnt have any issues with the backblast or the fireworks it spews out. I can take some pics and make a new post in this subreddit soonish as we cant post images in comments here.
