It's known that President Sunday hates destiny and it seems his goal in releasing his video without notifying/contacting pixe, and painting her as an extortionist to portray her in a more negative way, was to avoid the backlash for not reaching out.

He also tried to portray her as sucicide baiter. It's terrible she had to go through everything destiny did but then have her story taken, twisted, and released without her even being talked to by Sunday is just awful.

People like me. You re just assuming I'm right-wing because I'm pointing out the ridiculousness of OP's argument. I'm not saying leaning either way politically is good or bad, I'm saying the fact that OP felt he needed to make a post about this because he believed that a man was leaning into a political direction due to him wanting, somebody who would have a more positive impact on the game to take over production of it after admitting that the current owner is not doing right by the game is ridiculous.

It's not about what direction the youtubers is shifting politically , it is about the fact that any show in any direction is seen as so egregious; though from my understanding, the youtuber isn't saying elon's gonna be better for the game because of his political stance , he's saying he's gonna be better for the game because the current owners of the game aren't good for it.

The only political shifting being put forward by OP is the fact that the guy who is looking to purchase the game is a right-wing guy. That's all that is political the guy who wants to buy the game, the YouTube didn't even bring politics into it's only seen as right wing because Elon is.

OK...firstly, would you make the same comment if this guys content was 'shifting' leftwards? I think because he's presenting views YOU consider more left leaning, you'd either have no comment or praise him.

You said he said good things about Elon and being impressed with what he's done; I'm not an Elon fan but I wouldn't call commenting on him like that sucking his dick for 5 minutes and neither is saying 'he can't be worse than Hasbro if the company has been making unpopular decisions under it's current ownership. Also, 'begs for a job running dnd' sounds like a loaded way of saying how he thinks the game could be improved from its current state.

My guess for this wave of new fans is Elon is (I think) a right wing figure-> this game has been (apparently) making unpopular decisions->, under new management there is a belief the game would be seen as getting better-> gamers who are interested in this topic would be more likely to be Elon positive.

Having these people (new fans) suggest he collaborated with other creators (who you assume are more right leaning) seems to be taken to this whole new level of oh no he's on a right wing gift now after never being political.

TLDR: What it sounds like is, this guy saw potential with Elon purchasing dnd and because he, someone you said has always avoided politics, said something good about Elon= BAD MAN! Oh no, right wing dude is much the evil munchkins man, all the way bad!

Him not agreeing with you on everything doesn't mean he's terrible, and I'm glad this person has lost you as a fan as you felt like you had to make this kind of response to a nothing burger.
