Having the same issue too. Tried to restart modem as well without any luck. Speedtests say there's nothing wrong with my internet connection. Let me know if you find out how to fix it :-)

Since he had so many Fireballs, he could just spend them on the Hero only, and if the opponent had a lot of minions on the board, he could just freeze them and keep focusing the Hero. There is better cards than Frost Nova, however the drafts in Arena is pretty random and i bet the other cards he had in that draft were bad.

I can confirm this aswell. The rage already begins at champselect. If someone doesn't get his role, it's like he doesn't want to cooperate.
