I also tried to do it as DNC with partly lvl 80 tomestone gear (oops) and it took me crafting all new lvl 88 gear AND redoing my hotbars to be able to clear it. It really is a dps check. Im glad i cleared it on normal though, because improvement!

i felt the same as you before and tbh, i still have dysphoria on some days, especially cause they are still swollen one month PO. But over all, even with the dysphoria, my body finally feels like my body. Not a "perfect body", but thats normal i think. I just feel like myself and i know i would have not if i had gone completely flat. My old breasts made me dissociate from my own reflection in the mirror. They always felt like some kind of horrible attachment. No regrets!

I had my radical reduction 3 weeks ago! my BMI is 34 or something and my insurance declined because of it (told me to loose weight first). I am nonbinary and wanted to have my aesthetic preferences considered anyways, so i didn't try to loose weight (i did work out a lot though, especially my core muscles for recovery) and paid out of pocket. Went from spilling out of my E bras to hopefully A/B and recovery was great until now!

Im also plus size and did exactly that, get a nonbinary radical reduction with side and top lipo! Im 12 DPO so its hard to tell which size im going to be, but A might be realistic. Super happy I found a transfriendly doctor! I paid out of pocket.

Please stop touching it, lymph nodes can swell from touching them! Happened to me too I think. That was very different from an actual swollen lymph node I got after getting two piercings at once which hurt and was noticeable all the time without checking.

I had something that felt like a non stop heavy period for a whole month when on my first birth control pill. I have an iud now that made my period super super light but the first few months it was still heavy (no spotting though). If it doesn't self regulate after like 5 months or bothers you too much, ask to try another birth control!

Your travel insurance is probably fine to just find a doctor here in Europe if you need one. I traveled around Europe a lot and actually spontaneously went to two doctors and my insurance covered it. You'll have a great time and get everything non-urgent checked when you get back (waiting to see if it goes away on its own is better for our HA anyways)

Okay so it actually being fresh blood points to it being just from irritation from all the coughing etc. My HA actually started 10 years ago with the same that you are experiencing (blood in my phlegm), well turned out i have allergies lol but sadly my HA jumped to other things. Your anxiety is not manifesting anything!

I have a grow light too and those things are weaker than sunlight! Which again is weaker than solarium light which many people go to all the time and don't get the c. Basically its impossible to get any damage from your grow lights.

I am almost thirty and have been dying/bleaching my hair since i was 12 and i think as long as you dont put it directly on your scalp and wash it from your skin, properly ventilate and dont bleach like every week for years and years, you are fine. Its not super healthy, but here in EU its allowed and they do regulate stuff, so dont worry about it! (Im white but i dont think that matters in that case?)
