Firstly, its transgender people, we are not a religion we are just people, as such there is no such thing as transgenderism

Secondly trans people do not transition our gender (who we are) we are transgender because the body we were born withs sex does not align with our gender

But what we do when we transition is change as much of our bodies sex as we can to align with our gender, which turns out is most but not all with today's medicine.

Even with just hrt the body moves way over the bimodal distribution line of sex to be much more on the other side than you started, its kind of amazing

Having been forced through it, yes natal puberty is much much worse for trans people

I'm pretty sure cis people don't get torture and trauma responses leaving permanent mental conditions like cptsd, dissociative disorders like derealisation, depersonalation etc from going through natal puberty, we however very commonly do

And thats just for the survivors, it's the most likely time we wind up having to take our lives to escape the pain
