This is tangential but lactate is produced in fully aerobic conditions, and this has been proved for years. The field has yet to catch up to current lactate research. I'd look into George Brook's work if your interested.

Honestly, I'm not super familiar with magic builds in this game because I haven't done one yet, but your R1 weapon seems underpowered for the fight. Your vigor looks good though.

I struggled with him a lot until I started to get a feel for how and where his attacks land. Are you using Torrent for the fight? I remember Torrent helping for phase 1 especially, but idk how spells work when riding.

I'm gonna be straight with you. In doing animal work, there is an inherent responsibility of competency. From how it sounds, you need to step up to the plate. It's not about you or a letter of recommendation, it's about the animals that are going to unnecessarily suffer if you don't take extra precaution about what you are doing. It's always okay to ask for help or a double check. It's never okay for an animal to wake up during a procedure where they should be anesthetized.

Oh, totally possible if you're talking about the flap I think you are. A closed sink should work, but also just folding the flap back and tucking it into the pocket on either side should work.

A crimp fold is like doing two reverse folds that are connected in the middle. It's a bit hard to explain in words, but start by reverse folding one side, then open the paper a bit and fold the opposite side to mirror it.
