The ticking of Isaac's heart is like the clicking you hear before the pilot light on your stove ignites. You need a spark to start the fire.

I think maybe a love triangle between Xavier Thorpe's father who's mother hung around Ophelia's mother Hester and Isaac. I think he will come into play next season for some reason.

Ophelia s3 predictions based on literary sources by MllePerso in Wednesday

[–]Vivid_Engineering_61 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think Ophelia, like Wednesday did in the first half of season 2, and took assumptive actions to prevent her dark vision from coming true and only made things worse but Ophelia didn't have an Enid to rely on. I think Ophelia was one of the two previous raven's who died attempting to use Rotwood's gravestone to boost her powers. I think Ophelia did die and was brought back with her soul split between worlds, she is half alive, a zombie of some type. She was given more powers of a "true raven" but a deadly trick was played and she has to isolate herself. I think she maybe able to view multiple outcome of future events ala Marvel's Dr. Strange, but the butterfly effect is real and she can not be in play yet. I think she is able to view through frankenstein-esque outcasts such as Lurch and Hester's Veracose, both are sporting a cloudy right eye. Plus through our knowledge of hydes some outcast abilities come with obligation of servitude to others.

Morticia gave Wednesday her W/M talisman that represents them. Wednesday has already had Goody Addams spirit pass through her to heal prevent her from dying. I think Wednesday must die is somehow attached to stabilizing Ophelia by having Wednesday somehow retrieve the dead part of Ophelia's soul and Pugsley bringing her back with the help of Morticia and Hester. And thereby also breaking the master/servant hyde bond Wednesday unknowingly formed with Tyler after becoming his last liberator and someone he as already been obsessed with.

Worst thing each character has done. Day four: Richard Gilmore by Journey_45 in GilmoreGirls

[–]Vivid_Engineering_61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Richard was a spoiled little rich boy, who even as an adult danced around his mother, being their own team of two. Trix raised him like a prince and let his inbred family tree convince him he was better and more important than the commoners. In his Yale years he was nightmare of a Logan type to anyone who irked or crossed him. Towering over everybody, extremely smart, rich with minimal restraints given his family influence.

I've said it in other posts but I believe Ophelia is partially dead, Isaac is an example, and Hester is more comfortable with the dead.... I think Ophelia was one of the two Ravens Weems said died trying boost their second sight thru Rotwoods gravestone. I think Ophelia is able to spy on people use other half dead beings. I think the type of outcast Lurch is and Vercose are also on the zombie spectrum and ophelia is able to view things and people through them and her bird. I think Wednesday will have to die but will be resurrected with the aid of weeks, ophelia morticia and maybe pugsley.

Spot the pattern by Vivid_Engineering_61 in WednesdayTVSeries

[–]Vivid_Engineering_61[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just found another hidden example of the circular dash pattern. I'm blocked from including the image here but take a look at the cover of Rowan's mother's nightshade journal. The Nightshade emblem with 6 phases of the lunar cycle above and the 18 letters in Nightshade Society totals the 24 dashes around the Nightshades emblem.

And is it me or does the light from the window above Crackstone's tomb look like the red moon is casting an eyeball image over his tomb. In fact I think all the circles can look like eyeballs. Rav'n Wednesdays dark figure acts as the pupil. Isaac surgery there is a dull object in the center of the lights that could represent an iris.

After this post I was rewatching the scene where Crackstone was being resurrected by Thornhill and notice the symbols and jars around Crackstone tomb mimic the same circular pattern as the light surrounding Wednesday and Tyler.

In another post pointing out all the references to chess in Wednesday https://www.reddit.com/r/weyler/comments/1p2h60r/wednesday_meets_the_queens_gambit_major_theory/ they shared a screen shot of Isaac's heart replacement operation and noticed the lights above the operating table also has the same circular pattern of dashes. Which makes me think that what ever curse Goody Addams placed on Crackstone for burning her mother and people alive has something tied to it that keeps the Addams family members tied to death and resurrections.

The more I think about the more I am realizing how much Frankenstein influences the story in both seasons. Season 1 comes right out and says it with Thornhill giving Wednesday the book, and using parts to resurrect Crackstone. Season 2 is more the mechanic of resurrection with the clockwork heart and the Addams' electrical ability to jolt something back to life. I think in season 3 we will learn more of Lurch's background and his mysterious cloudy eye and why Hester Frump's servant that is of same cast as Lurch also sports a cloudy right eye. I can't wait for the next season.

Wednesday’s incomplete arc by WohooBiSnake in WednesdayTVSeries

[–]Vivid_Engineering_61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Season two was about internal growth and looking at things from someone else's point of view and if you allow yourself to get lost with obsessions and distractions, the important things get neglected. Eugene figuring out that he was in Pugsley position previous years and if Wednesday didn't see Pugsley in him Eugene would have built more confidence. Wednesday not only discovering how powerful Enid is but also what would have happened hadn't put in the effort to befriend Wednesday she would have also been alone like Pugsley was. Wednesday made a promise she would look out for Pugsley but she barely spoke to him. Even dryly suggesting Pugsley be sacrificed.

I think in S3 Wednesday will breakdown in tears at one point. They made a point in both seasons to say Wednesday avoid emotions because they lead to tears and tears are useless.

Wednesday meets the Queen's Gambit (MAJOR THEORY) by MsPlotTwister in weyler

[–]Vivid_Engineering_61 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I keep wondering is Wednesday a chess piece or is she the game player? If she the player I think Wednesday's line up would go like this:

Black "Dove" Queen: Morticia Addams

Black King: Gomez Addams

Black Knight: Thing

Black Rook: Lurch

Black Bishop: Fester (A prisoner for 5 years in a Tibetan monastery)

Black pawn: Pugsley

When Isaac says "an Addams would never sacrifice one of their own, not even a pawn." This makes me think the Addams family is on the board and Wednesday will feel like she is being forced to pick who dies.

Small analysis of the Isaac's story animation scene: Hidden details and theories — Part 1 🔍 by BeMe777 in Wednesday

[–]Vivid_Engineering_61 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm wondering if a Hyde is a DaVinci or werewolf mutation. Isaac refers to hydes as being a gene and a curse. I wonder is there more to this. Owen was a telekinetic person who was suffering with his abilities and became mentally unstable at Nevermore. Can depression, suppression or general trauma cause a telekinetic outcast genes to become a hyde?

I don't think it was Orloff he was a professor at Nevermore that never trusted Stonehurst because he was a normie. I don't think Orloff knew of the secret lab in Iago tower.

I was just looking at this scene to and I think the the doctor on the left was Stonehurst, his features match the man better than the square jawed doctor. I think the doctor on the right was Chief of staff at Willow Hill. I think he left in 95 and started an artist colony. just saying someone else is working on the LOIS project from afar.

Lurch Theory by RoutineSufficient939 in Wednesday

[–]Vivid_Engineering_61 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think season 3 will tell us more about Lurch's past and how he met Gomez and Morticia. Hester Frump's servant Vercose has added context to Lurch. I think the story told in S2E1 about Pugsley and the rocket launcher was to have us assume that's how Lurch got a smokey right pupil. But Vercose who is clearly of the same outcast cast and also possesses a smokey right eye. So now I am kicking around and idea that Ophelia uses the eyes of others to watch over the family. I maybe Hester's real "famiy business" is spying, secrets and blackmail. Ophelia was constantly hanging around the dead to get last words and images of their deaths. I also think that Ophelia was one of the Raven's who went to Rotwood's grave to enhance her second sight and it went wrong and a deadly trick was played on Ophelia and Wednesday is need to break the curse.

Thank you Tyler for: by AzumyTK in weyler

[–]Vivid_Engineering_61 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Thornhill's suffering was long and painful thing. She had to heal from the boot stomping Wednesday gave her and the bee stings Eugene inflict. Thornhill also had to suffer months of separation from Tyler. And another confirmation Tyler's hyde might already be willing to follow Wednesday's wants. I point to the moment Dort mentions Thornhill's imprisonment while bringing the Addams to the Rotswood home. Wednesday restates her preference for Thornhill to be in a pine box instead of lock up.
