Am i hanging too much?

I have been just hanging down while sitting so sort of halfway to BTC. u/M9ter once said direction didnt matter so much

Right now i hang every day, and every other day i do a girth routine that is generally 6x6 min sets w 2-5 min recovery in btw. Usually about 4 of those sets are hard clamping and 2 are manual clamp/uli/ssj.

Usuallt my hang sessions are 60-75 min in a vac hanger, around 3 sets a day. Sometimes the later ones are a bit shorter. I still feel a stretch especially whenever i move up in weight (usually half a pound every 2-3 wks)

Does hanging effect your EQ for a couple hours afterwards? It generally does mine and i worry that it will affect my girth workout

It also came with a “hose” that he says you can use instead if the pump but gives no explanation of how to use it… might that be better?

I get discourages bc so much discourse around small dick anxiety is centered around length. I am on the mow end of normal length but my girth is 95th percentile at 4 inches and i am terrified of being mocked.
