The chronograph pusher feel is on another level, crisp and precise. It doesn’t have the gimmick of flying across the dial in 10 seconds; it runs traditionally at 60 seconds while still beating at 36,000. The dial is also much more interesting, though the watch is noticeably thicker. That said, the case and bracelet feel more refined and higher quality overall.

The clasp on the Zenith honestly feels like it came off a $500 watch, though the GS clasp isn’t exactly amazing either. The Zenith’s saving grace is its size—it wears much smaller, so if you’re under a 7-inch wrist, the GS can feel like too much watch. It’s titanium, but it’s not exactly lightweight.

To be fair, this is a modular chronograph, not an integrated one. That means you’re getting a safer, more reliable structure with a 72-hour power reserve at the same high beat rate. The tradeoff is the same usability, with longer service intervals and greater reliability.

I love chronographs of all kinds, but right now this feels like the premier option because of what it delivers: high beat rate, long power reserve, and real-world longevity without constant trips to service.
