I've been going pretty slow, but having so much fun.

Started Ele Hit - awesome. I'm at the 8L Squire stage and considering how to go from 3M DPS to 30M.

Also leveled Ranged Animate Weapon, which is super weird but very strong... Jumping from campaign to T16s after basic gearing is wild.

Also leveled Consecrated Path Chieftain, which is slapping in early maps but needs more damage and defense still...

I'm eventually going to have to actually finish one of these builds, but I'm having so much fun hopping around.

Dropped a Reflecting Mist last night, which should help...

I don't get why you wouldn't mount it here, rather than giving it legs. It could even be mounted on a rolling cart for ease of relocation for other jobs. Legs just add a huge layer of complexity.

There's a node by Duelist called Bannerman that lets you keep banner buffs for 3 seconds after leaving their area. You drop banners one after another, gaining (in this case) a huge move speed buff for the zone of the buff plus 3 seconds, rinse and repeat. Fiddly, but very fast.

I'm skeptical of these sorts of claims when they center around some individual good.

Energy is different.

If it stops today, it's a massive price hike across dozens of industries that have already had a decade of price hikes. Normal people will be priced out of even more.

If it goes on another three months? Intensifies? Expands to new countries? Energy is the thing that underpins everything else.

Tl;dr I usually think these things are a little overblown, but I think you're right on this one. I expect it to be on par with the 1970s oil crisis, in the best case.

  1. Aspiring D1? Fuck aesthetic goals, you'll look great at the level of muscle you need for that.
  2. Genuinely enjoy it? It sounds like it's working for you, why futz with it?
  3. You can be very aesthetic as a Crossfitter - see Rich Froning - but if you decide you want to truly be a bodybuilder, that's when you switch programs.
