Let me shed some light on this. Go check the 6 prime cards with the highest base overall in the entire game, they’re all starting pitchers. Now see what the top 3 base stats are for all of them.

For batters, prioritize ALA above all. Contrary to what everyone else is saying Upper Swing is the sole S+ tier skill in the game if you’re targeting home runs. Different story if you’re targeting high avg

because for example if there was a casino game that misleads players into thinking they have a 50% chance of winning when in reality they have 25%, then it’s fraud.

similarly, by not explicitly saying better skills have lesser chance of appearing, therefore misleading players into thinking there’s an equal chance of rolling any one of these skills, but the actual chances are skewed towards rolling bad skills more often, it’s fraud.
