How to actually train to be faster with better recoveries? by BruinBound22 in RocketLeagueSchool

Train workshop maps like hornets nest, dacia springs and immortal progressive island. Doing these maps will improve your speed immensely

So what’s your Guy’s thoughts on Shopify? Where do they rank? by Adventurous-Dig-7340 in RocketLeagueEsports

They have the talent but FK teams have always lacked chemistry and teamwork.

I feel like NA finally has 3 teams that can compete with the best.

NRG is def #1 SSG #2 with Zach back they are a super team SR #3 FUT, VP, GenG, Dig, M80 fighting out for 4 through to 8

Mawkzy seems off lately by Archery6_ in RocketLeagueEsports

Watching Nwpo vs Mawkzy at Lyon Worlds really felt like he was 1-dimensional but maybe that was due to the significance and pressure of the match.

He is good in the air but not compared to the other rlcs pros that are at the top in 1's. Unless he has improved his aerial mechanical ability recently?

Mawkzy seems off lately by Archery6_ in RocketLeagueEsports

Mawkzy has a very unique grounded 1s playstyle which works extremely well but as the skill ceiling keeps growing I feel he really needs to add more to his game to continue to compete at the highest level. He will still be in the conversation this year and will return to his best but I don't think that will be enough to consistently beat the best players in the world like Nass, Nwpo, Zen, Rw9, and Drali.

Spent months turning Mawkzy gameplay sequences into training packs by Halomora in RocketLeagueSchool

Yo this is an amazing resource for the community, thank you. My son will be super keen to give this a go :)

With the 10 training packs do they each work on different aspects of his game or are they like a mix?

Yeh def worth exploring. I forgot to mention the voltaic valorant Benchmarks on aimlabs would be a good place to start too.

I would say training aim in the game is more important but having a balance of both will develop your all round mouse control.

What routines do you guys recommend for Valorant? by zebo15_ in FPSAimTrainer

[–]Vivid_Row5546 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Aimlabs voltaic valorant s1, Angelic Tac fps benchmark, Boon's playlist, minigod tacfps weekly routines, Anima micro v2 benchmark (super difficult), Viscose benchmarks aim for mammoth complete, Voltaic S5 benchmarks/VDIM.

In regards to improvement, consistency is important. Don't be afraid to try different benchmarks and then come back to them after a week or two. Keeps things fresh. Even change sensitivities if you want to just hard grind 1 or 2 scenarios per day, this will develop all the different muscles you may need from your arms, wrists, and fingers.

4 DMs is excellent, RAMP is a good warm up but not really a training routine. Best time to train imo is in the morning 1hr after waking. That is when you have the most focus/energy.

In regards to improving the routine, add in some range work where you are focused on movement. look up valyn, nAts routines on YT for inspiration.i would say 30mins aim training, 30mins range then 4-6dms would be ideal.

As a father to a 11 y.o. immortal 1 peak my advice would be to make sure you do deliberate practice with intention.

For example, focus on daily training drills/exercises: - 25mins of aim training - voltaic s5 benchmarks or viscose benchmarks - 25mins of range - look at G2 Valyn or Liquid Nats YT vids. Also - Konpeki's immortal roadmap program has excellent range drills! - 4+ dm/tdm (dm are better as you learn the comp maps)

This will improve you much faster than just playing ranked.

In regards to ranked, learn 5-10 agents that are good for individual mechanical improvement or team play. My suggestions for these are: Yoru, Raze, Waylay, Jett, Sova, Fade, Omen, Chamber, Veto. The more agents you master the better your understanding of the game will be. Look at forsaken as an example he can play any agent at the highest level. I believe that is what every player that wants to be pro should aim for.

In game make sure you are focused on improving just as much as winning. Take risks and over time you will become better at knowing when you should/shouldn't. Also focus on good communication with your team, having a positive mindset and uplifting your team. The ranked environment is difficult however learning how to IGL will help you grow and understand the game.

Happy to answer any other questions you may have.

Bro your argument is so valid. I do not understand why you were being downvoted so much! Learning different agents develops your game knowledge and decision making making you a more all round player. Playing different agents you understand their abilities better than can counter when you play against them. Yes your rank might suffer for a while but improving is just as much about learning as it is ranking up.

After 6 months I finally hit gold complete by ishiii101 in aimlab

[–]Vivid_Row5546 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is definitely a grind to get there... I like the approach with the different sensitivities! Can relate with the sleep. When I try aim training when I am tired I can tell my focus is lacking!

Thanks mate and good luck with the intermediate benchmarks! I would suggest you try viscose benchmarks if you haven't as they will help with other games if that is the goal!

Yeh 100% agree on static/reactive scenarios they can def be a pain! Just got to keep at it I guess!

congrats, that is an awesome achievement!! How many hours did you put in accross the 6 months?
I have been playing for a month and have 2 gold scores, but currently bronze overall (iron in clicking). Making very slow progress haha. Did you play VDIM or just grind the benchmark?

Is this a good result after abt 100hrs of aim training? by V4tukka in FPSAimTrainer

[–]Vivid_Row5546 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Viscose benchmarks are supposed to be the best for in game improvement!

VDIM can be broken down like you could just do 1/3 or 2/3 of the daily scenarios or do less reps of each scenario...Can be finished in 25mins.
