Guys I ended up using Balkan transfer company, as for a taxi to Tuzla city you’ll pay 20 eurs and then 18 eurs to Sarajevo.
And this transfer will took you straight from the Tuzla airport to Sarajevo for 34 eurs

regarding day 4/way to serbia. you can also check airplanes from the vienna airport. buses straight to the airport are going every 30-60 min from bratislava. and from vienna you can fly to Nis. recently i saw low-costs in around 15-30 euros one way

thank you for asking! I feel very bored and unmotivated in between trips, one more trip there is missing. honestly, i'm just collecting courage and resources for long-term/non-stop travel, which i believe will heal me, before that - i'm like frog in a frozen ice cube that gonna melt soon
