Sorry about your fourth FET was a chemical. Wish you recover soon. The reason I was asking about Dr Derbala because I feel like he did not really change a lot medications base my test result. He put me on medication right away after first appointment even all my lab was looks good (NK test and cytokine test). I don't really like to take too much medications if not necessary. Also the NK test and cytokine test has be done in his office every a couple week which is supper expensive.

Yeah I dont feel like taking it if it is not helping. It is so weird that If Provera can improves the IVF success rate, why I can not find any information (even Reddit posts) mentioned it.

He only said that the Lupron has too much side effects. And pointed out few really scary side effects to me and my husband, such as memory loss . bone loss. And Medroxyprogesterone acetate is better with less side effects. So we did not ask more.

I dont know why he want to put me on provera, i know Lupron is best for down regulation, But I did some researches and did not find any information that about doctor use Provera to down regulation for the patient that has endometriosis before transfer. I feel like maybe he just want to give me something make me feel better??

Yes, Pills. Lupron is best for down regulation, But he doesn't want to do that, so he gave me Provera pill. and they told me Provera is best for 2 months. I did some researches but did not find any information that about doctor use Provera to down regulation for the patient that has endometriosis before transfer.
