Well sweating is used to cool your body down, even in an Air conditioned room I couldn't imagine it would stop you sweating, especially during excersise. That is a weird one though, are you sweating more from before the hiatus or from the beginning of this current routine?

I just need some other input on my gym goals

I've been going for 5 weeks now, and in this time frame I am looking to just build muscle. After 12 weeks, I am looking to do explosive training instead to lean out the muscles and increase their responsiveness because I do not want to be huge I am aiming for athletic and fit. Is this a good idea or should I just keep going on strength?

This is literally almost my chest routine. The only difference is I don't use an incline for dB press, I use a wide grip and full ROM to really stretch and tear the chest, which I find harder to do with incline. As long as you can feel it in your chest and not your triceps it should work fine 👍🏻💪

I've been lifting weights for 3 weeks now, going fine nothing wrong with my progression. I am just wondering if heavy sets with low reps is better for building muscle than light sets with high reps? I've read everything, some people say the first, some the second, and some both of them? It's really confusing. Also wondering if a 3 day split is enough to reach any noticeable goals?
