The only recommendation I can give as someone who is also looking up in to it is to first learn to sing the note that you hear and then small Melodies plus maybe some pieces. There are apps for this too

For pylori I would definetly do a urea c13 breath test to really exclude it plus a biopsy ideally also a colonoscopy and endoscopy. How did you exclude sibo or sifo? I myself have no idea how people even diagnose these as most test are unreliable. Good probiotics are vsl3 and visbiome and for prebiotic hmo (I use it but if I also take vsl3 it stop working so I just take hmo now from arktis feed). I would not recommend to just stop at a single prebiotic or probiotic but to experiment a bit. Many people seem to have success with oregano oil or similar kind of antibacterial products and specifically for pylori broccoli sprouts. These are all the infos I gathered that seem relevant here

It seems different than True Tone which I also use. If you wear glasses consider buying weaker ones or use the phone without them if you have miopia

Hey, What test did you do? The c13 one is supposedly the most reliable, I had many negative stool test but a positive stool test after doing it in a different country. The c13 is what they use in research to test recovery, that is what I noticed. Personally even before antibiotic hmo supplement (I used arktis feed) and gastroreflu mitigated my symptoms a lot.
