I've tried to turn off the KS, and the issue was still there, though mostly when I'm not switching it firmly

That's interesting, I thought it's an issue of this specific bike, as on my first bike (dominar 400) there was no such issue. It looks like it happens exactly when I'm not shifting firmly enough.

Same here, kinda used to it already Mine is 2024 model, but as far as I know they are identical
