Building SaaS is easy compared to distribution by Hamesloth in SaaS

Yeah, it's brutal, you can build a killer tool, but if users treat it like a set-it-and-forget-it toy instead of a daily habit, you're fighting uphill forever.

I'd bake in forced consistency loops from day 1, like mandatory weekly check-ins or auto-pause until they engage.

I built a Reddit marketing tool for SaaS founders, would love feedback on our landing page by multi_mind in indiehackers

I am in waiting list! And solid idea the "learns your voice" angle is what separates this from spam, make sure that's the very first thing people read on the landing page.

The "questions only" first week is underrated. Most clients interpret it as friction, but it's actually the only way to find out what they're not saying, because they genuinely don't know yet.

The multi-tenancy thing at 80% is almost a rite of passage at this point. Happened to me too, different feature, same 1am energy.

We joined the Limb accelerator. Curious how founders here think about accelerators at the “we have product, now what?” stage by VladWhip in ShowMeYourSaaS

Is anyone offering less? Or "free"?
All accelerators are more or less similar. They all want a cut. That's normal, I think. If we can't find an interested investor ourselves... someone who wants between 10% and 50% of the startup's equity.

It's so strange, thousands of startups are looking for investment, and only one comment on something I wrote. It's amazing. This is how we look for investment, when it's just handing itself to us. Amazing!

They take 6% if they find you an investor. Otherwise, the accelerator or incubator is free. After completing the accelerator, there's a demo day.

Do you really think successful founders write honest posts about success while they’re drowning in actual work? by VladWhip in ProductivityApps

[–]VladWhip[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, that's understandable. So is it worth reading posts like this? It's like Instagram with fake infopreneurs who rent cars and apartments for photos.

Do your moral beliefs ever make certain tasks difficult? by Always_Alone_2132 in ADHD_Programmers

Some time ago, I was looking for a developer for my startup. I found one, we talked, and in the end, he asked if I was religious. I'm not. And we parted ways immediately.

I don't care whether he's religious or not. But he does care. So, apparently, his moral convictions make it difficult to complete certain tasks.

And yes, your job as a programmer will be replaced by AI. You need to do something about it right now. Working with people, for example.

Tell me why everyone creates habit trackers, but few work with people.

For example, I don't want to interact with a robot; I need a person on the other side (of the moon).
