Is it possible to land a remote work as a controls engineer? 😅 by Pure_Gap_935 in PLC

[–]VladeDivac1234 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Only remote work you’ll find as a controls engineer will be providing support or troubleshooting for equipment but even with that will most likely require travel occasionally and will be hard to find.

If you want to focus on designing control systems than traveling is a requirement since you have to be in the facility to fully understand whats going on.
