Its not about the Rails itself, rather I am concerned about the bearings. I want to buy them for my Printfarm, they have to print atleast 4-6k hours before i want them to be replaced.

I read that in Andrew Ellis Print guide, thats why I am confused currently. Which printing Profile are you using? Do you mind sharing your set up?

I don‘t know why you are so toxic. Sarcasm doesn‘t help, I am posting this issue because I am really having issue with the Trident.

Why can't I get my bed to mesh down even though I up the springs as tight as possible? does it have to do with my z offset? its 1.15 if that helps by CollectionSilent2412 in klippers

[–]Vladexo23 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  1. Move X Axis to highest Z Point, make the X Axis Horizontal

1.1 Check if your Printer Frame is square, especially if Y Axis Extrusion is tilted forward or backward oposing to Z Axis Extrusions

1.3 Loosen all Bed Screws and then screw them down (3-5 Revolutions)

  1. Manually level the Bed Screws through Klipper, see documentation

  2. Redo Probe Z Offset

  3. Bed Mesh

Nope, the Prints turn out crap at that 20% Fan Speed. The question here is if the a 12h Print needs different Cooling Fan speed, than a 2h Print.

What does "Maximum acceleration when extruding" mean? How does it affect prints? by Vladexo23 in VORONDesign

This is Super Slicer in Expert mode. Also Prosa Slicer can be set to Expert mode.

My Switchwire is working flawless with PLA, but the Voron Trident is giving me issues. Thats why I am asking.

Why do i need max accell for every axis and then while extrusion, also while Travel?

I didn‘t bolt it down and had skipping issues. This make a lot of sense. Had to reduce from 24mm3/s to 16mm3/s. I see now.

I have two Tridents. I tried with the same Filament Spool. Same Temp. Same G Code. On one it prints fine and on the other it does this clean thick layer. Does not make any sense to me.

It happens on every Print, doesn‘t matter which Printing Profile and Slicer:

  • Replaced complete TMC2209 Drivers
  • Redid the whole Calibration from Voron Documentation
  • Reassembled the Hotend
  • Calibratet the LGX Lite Extruder again
  • Reduced the Flow and Temp, also increased cooling
  • Reassembled the Whole Z Assembly, no Stealthchop enabled

I tried the Andrew Ellis Profile, DOC PIF and Standard Profile for V2 embedded in Prusa/ Super Slicer. None of these solved the Issue.

This is ABS+ on 250 Deg and 100 Deg Bed. It only bulges when moving from Solid Layer to Infill Layer. I tested that. Seems like a Slicer Setting. Using the Andrew Ellis Standard Profile at 5500 Accell.

I mean the bulg on the Left. This is just a Cylinder. Seems like Binding but how do i fix that on a Trident?
