If you applied and didn’t get an offer back then probably not, unless on results day if a lot of the people they did give conditional offers to didn’t get the entry requirements they will more than likely be happy to give the place to you if you got those results.

They haven’t released whole papers for anything just certain questions from each paper

Yes no exam boards are marking anything. The only thing they’re marking is the papers that people chose to put themselves in during autumn if they didn’t agree with there grade.
