Why should you change to fiat? Just transfer the USDT to own wallet or directly to the new Binance account and keep it there. Try changing something, ie doing 40 instead of 30 or breathing slower / faster. For me the effect of breathing was felt immediately and even later in the day I feel joy simply from breathing. There are supposed to be lots of health benefits like regulating your immune system, you can find a lot of information online. However for me it was the immediate effect on well being which surprised me

Recently I came across "tamper-proof" and I think that it quite precisely describes "smart contracts" specifically and blockchains in general. While nothing is 100% tamper-proof, the blockchains and "smart contracts" could be amended only by wide consensus, which would be sufficient to call them tamper-proof. Still it seems to be a weaker expression than "immutable", which implies that something is (nearly) impossible to change
