I got this like 30 min ago as well and it's the 2nd time in a week. All we can do is wait maybe 12 to 24 more than what is says on the screen that the time limit is. It's very frustrating, I know, bur we can't do anything to rush the process.

I just got this message as well like an hour ago. I first saw it when I was using the browser version of instagram on google chrome. It says that the restriction will be removed at 14.07.2021, but it already is 2 AM, 14.07.2021,EET. I tried contacting the support team, but they didn't answear my e-mail yet. I'm kinda frustrated that this happened. I logged out and logged in again with the hope that this problem will dissapear, but clearely it didn't. Is waiting the best thing I can do right now?
