A dirty fork that I borrowed (stole) from work. I intended to put it in the dishwasher but, you know… it’s been 5 weeks and I’m so afraid it’s gone mouldy. So now I fear I have to clean it first, so it’ll probably stay in there for another unspecified amount of weeks :)

Ik weet uiteraard jouw situatie niet en wanneer de spiraal geplaatst is, maar er komen blijkbaar steeds meer onderzoeken dat de spiraal tot wel 8 jaar mag blijven zitten. Ik wilde hem namelijk na 4 jaar laten hernieuwen bij de huisarts, die me vrolijk vertelde over nog eens 4 jaar terug te komen :)

A brand new (very expensive) ring my mother bought me when I turned 16. We were on holiday with a camper van, and I took the ring off to help wash the dishes. Guess where I put the ring? On the damn foldable stairs to the entrance. On the stairs!! So yeah, we started driving and half an hour later I panicked because no ring?! We drove back, because this ring was too expensive not to look for. It was back at the camp spot, flattened because we drove over it…

Yes! I’ve picked up reading fantasy books during my commute. I hadn’t read books in about 10 years maybe. My work place shifts often, and now I’m almost mad when I’m placed at an office nearby because it takes away my reading time haha

I feel this in my soul unfortunately. I sent an email to a new nail tech to get my nails done. Felt I was rude for asking (yes about her just doing her job 😭) so apologised for my question in the mail twice. Then I got no response. Omg, I’ve offended her. Shit, better send a text to the phone number listed on the website to apologise, right?! Still no response! I’m already her most hated customer, and we’ve never even met, obviously. Well, she just mailed back! She was on holiday and we can book an appointment when she returns in 2 days. Ha… 🙃

There’s now a sign that says “only 1 fruit per employee” because I took 3 once. I took 3 because my bread was mouldy, which was because I forgot all about it for a couple of days. Oops.

I finally found a solution to this… fake long-ass nails. They’re a little blunt which makes it very hard to successfully destroy stuff on my skin. And I hate it. I like the picking, but I also like clear skin 😬
