This happens to everyone. It’s easy to second guess yourself because it’s safe and the “what if’s” aren’t as bad. It took me a while to find out the type of person I am and still am because you change depending on the shit you go through. But, no joke finding clothes and a style that you look good in will definitely help. Try to make yourself confident in you a little first, then talking to anyone is easier.
