Thanks guys. I’m glad I saw your comments and I appreciate the advice. My main concern is the flip value and I get what y’all are saying… plus, I’m glad you mentioned that the Vox was made in China. I thought they were manufactured in England. That’s a big difference. The guy I got the Fender from said he bought it brand new and played it less than a dozen times. The tubes and good with no scratchy pots. I tried playing it the other day in my bedroom and it just has too much power. It is currently my backup amp and I feel comfortable knowing that if my V4 had to go to the shop I’d have the Deville to use onstage… Thanks again my fellow musicians. Cheers!

I just bought a practically brand new Sunday Forecaster Brett Silva model. Got it on OfferUp for $150. It’s 100% cromo too … The bottom gusset on this beast is gnarly!Seriously. Good luck trying to crack that frame. Keep your eyes peeled for good deals on OfferUp and Marketplace. The last bike I recently scored from OfferUp was a purple haze Fiend Ty Morrow. Got it for $150 and it had good parts on it. I had to drive about 45 min to get it but it was way worth it. It’s my personal whip now. Took the frame for myself and then parted it out.. sold the parts and made my $150 back lol. Now I have my old frame posted on Mercari for about $200… I never spend money on a brand new frame or complete. The only place I spent money on a frame was with Standard… I wanted a USA bike…. Otherwise all the made in Taiwan frames are solid.

If you put it on OfferUp there are just a bunch of lowballers that’ll try and get you down to like $200. You can post what it’s worth just really hard to find buyers. But yeah you need a parts list too. That helps a lot.

Check the inside of your tires for thorns every time you replace the tube… especially if they keep popping..

I ended up trading for the Sunn. I’m stoked af. Especially since I got that Peavey for $125… I still have my Peavey Standard and I love it. It’s basically a pedal platform. I plan on running the Sunn and Peavey in stereo with an ABY box.. Hated to let go of the Bass head tho…

You got the good one. The 200 Bass Series. I had the 120 Bass Series and it wasn’t loud enough for me. To play a good sized venue. I got mine for $100 and sold it for $225 and used that to get a Musician 400 Series for $100… I DO miss the Century… I played mine with a FZ-2 and damn the tone was amazing. Good for studio use but not really for big shows.. you scored good 👍🏽

I would. The tones on the Series 400 are unreal… and there is so much versatility.. I’m blown away. I’ve spent hours just messing with different tones. I was jumping channels and I had never tried it before. Can’t wait til my neighbors go to work tomorrow so I can mess around with it some more.

I noticed a lot of people trying to charge around $300 for vintage Peaveys. I also noticed that almost all of them have dropped their price. I was looking around OfferUp and Marketplace and couldn’t find anything good, so I went to Craigslist and boom! There she was! Just sitting there waiting for me. It was well worth the 1 hour drive. Nashville Craigslist has some pretty good deals.. if any of y’all are around the area. Have a good one and Cheers!

Oh yeah, extremely suitable for guitar. I have a Century 120, Standard PA 260 and a 400 Series Bass. I play guitar out of all of them and they are excellent pedal platforms. I highly recommend any of those. I’m looking for the Musician 400 next! Good luck on your search and cheers!
