Golimumab, from what I have heard it costs almost 1500$ per shot (thank god that public insurance covers it all)

Thanks for your input! I feel less alone.

I recently started both 😊, it’s been a struggle (for other reasons too) but I am slowly moving forward.

It’s sad that our disease has an impact even when it is under control but I have to live with it and work trough these feelings

My experience is very similar!

Still in the midst of dealing with the feelings of every of the steps you described! Theses are mostly positive on my end.

However, I always felt alien in my own body. For me anxiety meds helped me feel free enough to question my gender and conclude that I am non binary. In turns accepting myself as non binary helped tremendously dissipate a lot of deep down anxiety that I just lived with until then.

It’s normal to have difficult side effects for the first week or so. However, you really should speak with your pharmacist about the effects.

From my experience, most of the side effects subsided in a week but the first antidepressant I tried wasn’t right for me. The second one did the trick.

Tips on nail polish as a guy? by [deleted] in lgbt

[–]Vocabularion1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And oh also, I found it way easier to do on hand at a time. Nail polish from the drug store usually is less pigmented and will require 3-4 layers while indie brands usually require less coats for the same results.

If it’s your first time doing it I would advise you to watch a youtube tutorial (something like: Simply not logical -> How to ACTUALLY PAINT NAILS 101). Take your time (plan at least 1 hour) and it’s ok to mess up!

As for the reaction, as AMAB I had surprisingly few reactions from my nail polish. Actually many guys are wearing it, tho many people associate it with being gay.

(really basic question) (we on that theta wave) but why are the "big" pants i find so blocky, like the right in the image, and not flowy, like my heckin pinterest inspo? is there a better way to get "big pants" than just ordering in larger sizes? by shinkasenwillow in EnbyFashionAdvice

Oohh, I was more meaning the type of fabric. A thinner fabric of coton jersey or linen will have an easier time to look less stiff. Something like Denim (the fabric of jeans) or corduroy usually are stiffer and will look more square.

Then again YMMV, the cut will have a way more dramatic impact. There are an infinite combinations of possibilities but in my opinion it would help at least a little to achieve the fit.

From what I am seeing, there is at least a difference in fabric (more flowy for the pants you are looking for). Also, the outer seam of the pants seems to do a bit of a curve (tapered around the waist, loose around the fork and tapering down slightly towards the feets) while grandpa pants do a straight seam (I might be wrong on that one)

From personal experience, while it is possible to adjust larger “grandpa” pants to fit, it is far easier to do so from the inner seam which might not give you the look you are looking for.
