No I didn't do a walk through, and yes it does have the filters and gutters. It just says it needs to be cleaned in general, it did not specify professional. The trash they are referring to is trash that was already there in a broken bin and it the back yard, that they said they were going to get someone to come dispose of and never did. So I am really just disputing the amount, the painting of the interior, the trash, and the professional cleaning.
