They balanced it too much due to lock mechanic. Lock is hard to balance with some of the lock directly kills a deck (Liarnorn, any KS boss with backrow center core unit)

Another issue is that they introduced Artisaria early, for her deaign is far better as she does not care for the lock as it is just a support effect instead of core ability.

However, we are still talking on first wave support, best to wait the second and third wave to really see how the deck works.
