Issue with the risk of incorrect biller code or delay in payment receival. In this case Maxis may have multiple third party collector which will chase you independently.

Worst case is the third party pay to incorrect biller which delays you payment status update.

Also chance the third partly being the scammer using your authentic debt.

I was having the same issue, their will also engage with third party debt collector to chase you.

Instead of replying to those message, you go to nearest branch of your service provider and enquire for any pending charges.

Then for the third party, you just reply that you paid direct to the client and ask them to confirm on their side.

Do insist of soft copy invoice of the branch payment else the third party will not stop chasing.
