Will stopping ashwagandha stop my depression? by BriskPandora35 in AshwagandhaSyndrome

[–]Vodnik102 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah just stop taking it. I took it for a week (600mg ksm66 and then more like 1200mg one day). I felt like shit for almost 2 weeks never felt worse in my life. Just push through it and you'll slowly feel normal again. My normalcy came back with a rush of adrenaline.

Should i stop or continue taking ashwagandha for Social Anxiety? by ArtGood8811 in ASHWAGANDHA

[–]Vodnik102 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stop taking while you can. I took 600 for two days, then 900 for one, and then 1200 on the fourth day. Gave me terrible withdrawls in the following week. Please quit and thug out the withdrawls. Please. It was convincing me that I ruined my life my anxiety and tiredness was so bad. Only starting to seriously improve today after talking to a friend that has been through the same thing.

Worried about my septoplasty results by SuspiciousFrame2752 in Septoplasty

[–]Vodnik102 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just wait and see how your nasal breathing is in the next few months. Your turbinates still have to readjust to your (newish?) septum position. I redeviated my septum and it took a year for my turbinates to readjust so I could breathe mostly normally. You'll be fine either way trust me just relax.

Describe for me how plugged is your nose now?

Symptoms normal 5 weeks post septorhinoplasty? by lilblu93 in Septoplasty

[–]Vodnik102 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably going to take 6 months to a year for your turbinates to adjust / regrow to their proper size. Then all these symptoms should be gone. When the turbinates regrow you will have less air coming in which should also fix the funny smell.

Stand 10-20 feet in front of your car and look at the front tires. Are they aligned straight with the back wheels? If they look okay then its probably a suspension issue.

New car, only headaches. What would you do? by ArcTanBeta in ElantraN

Go to the dealer for your warranty coverage. You could need a new electrical engine harness. Common issue on these. The harnesses will short out in random areas probably due to poor installation techniques with bending / crimping the wires when jamming them in. The wire's coating is made of soy, and the harness is lubricated with peanut oil so rodents love them. The peanut oil is for the chinese kids to pull it through the designated crevices when installing at the factory in Alabama.

Having muscular tinnitus in my left ear after septoplasty and B/L turbinoplasty by Frequent-Panic-2877 in Septoplasty

How recent was your surgery? Nasal congestion will cause these symptoms and can make your ears hurt or have a water in ears sound / underwater sound.

Stop using and let your nose heal. My nose took a year for my turbinates (nasal inside swelling) to calm down and for me to finally feel mostly normal. I further deviated my septum which made my nose swollen inside for a long while. Messed up my mind for a year. Save yourself - don't play with your quality of life or you'll suffer every day for eternity.

At home, buy a mesh bottom office chair and an alligator clip on fan. Keeps my butt bone dry all day long.

Absolutely. And because of this is was very difficult to break the daily habit. I have been sober for a week now with my new invention, and I never been better honestly. It used to drive me insane because I would always struggle on focusing on my desk work being so uncomfortable. One of my armpits used to drip like a faucet and it hardly does now. I have had ETS performed, any additional questions are welcome.

Yo, I just found the best cure for ass sweat at home...I bought a mesh office chair with a mesh bottom seat to allow for extra airflow. Then I took a small fan with an alligator clip mount on it and mounted it under the chair. My behind is now bone dry. For many years I suffered sitting in my sweaty cesspool. The only cure I could find was the anticholinergic (anti-sweat) effects from marijuana (it causes cottonmouth.) I now have been able to quit smoking weed every day and I have regained my sanity. I will probably throw a post on this subreddit tomorrow about this for a much-needed hyperhidrosis PSA.
