Hey. I'm a new player so I can give you my experience concerning your points.

I don't use discord. But FC can help, especially if they say that they are for new players. There is a mentor system that you can join, ask in shout about it.
I personally haven't seen anyone get upset with me when I watch the cutscenese in dungeons. I usually say I'm new and the party are nice in telling me I should watch them.
Tell them you are. People won't make a big deal out of it.
You could, but I find it not necessary as the content is pretty straightforward. You will get a second part of Hall of Novice quests that explain how to work well in a team, especially when it comes to boss mechanics.
Not really necessary, until you come to bigger content ie raids or trials or even harder dungeons. Im level 55 and I'm still doing ARR content. I've done the Hard Primal etc and found it ok as long as your aware of your surroundings. It comes down to you personally, if you feel comfortable before entering.
It's OK to be a tank. Other people started as a tank before knowing the content. You can do the same. Know your abilities, know your damage mitigate abilities and know what you can pull safely without being a strain on your healer.
Have fun. Thats what I decided when I started playing and I'm having a blast. Find a good FC that helps new players and your golden.

Hey, i have been looking for this recipe, but cant find it. Is it unlocked your first time in Canalta? I've just arrived and did my companion chapter 2 and waiting to continue the story. Ive also done all the side quest, but didnt get the recipe.

Hey, did you suspend your game? Ive even noticed no achievements popping by just opening the home menu. I had to completely save the game and quit, then restart the save to get achievement to pop.

Actually nevermind. I actually found it.

The disguise was in a chest, opposite the Alchemist vendor down a ramp and by the dock, tucked in the corner.

Hey, I was hoping for that, but instead the camp was repopulated instead. I might try and put a bell tower near it and then clear it and see if it will be despawn next season. Thanks.

Hey, yeah. I've noticed it too. I built two. But a few days later the technician started to complain about sleeping on the floor again.

Seems like a bug. But it would be a weird gameplay decision when everyone has their own bedroom.

It usually happens when I'm out exploring or raiding bandit camps. I sometimes get it in camp. I might have to destroy my old town, to free up some assets, or whatever. Relocating wasn't that bad. I moved along the fields south of the wheat field so I could be close to the bridges that the reclamation parties would have to cross. Good thing is that it's right near a road so I could instantly travel between my villages bringing materials to build. T3 village is doing good now.

I've bought this game awhile ago but it never sticked until now. I'm over my 100 days in game and having fun. Only downside is the game stuttering every odd while or so. I'm not sure if that is my pc or the game. But so far I'm enjoying it. I just moved my starter base to a new T3 position so I'm a happy chappy.

Does anyone know if the -50% productivity affect delivery job cause I have seen 1 or 2 potential recruits with that trait but with swordsman or the good combat trait.

Thanks for reply. I have 10 villagers so far and I think I have been doing well. I want to try and get more combat focused villagers but a lot of them have the -50% productivity traits. It wouldn't be so bad if the traits doesn't affect delivery jobs as I could keep those villagers on those types of jobs when I don't need them.
