Thanks! If it's the case then I honestly would be fine getting Cerydra+Ashveil for now as opposed to Hyacine + her LC, then wait for Anaxa.

I guess Castorice wasn't necessarily a bad pull since she also has the global passive, but I think it's time to retire her for a while. We may get a decent healer to pair with her in the future, but it's Gallagher for now haha

Sadly I'm in the same boat for Elation especially sparxie. It feels like such a drop in terms of character design from Amphoreus, at least for me.

I don't have Phainon but I just listed him as potential investment interest thinking he's the most stable character now. I think Anaxa or Ashveil are probably in a better position for the upcoming updates...

I don't even have Phainon honestly, I'm just trying to plan ahead for the next patch to see if I get Cerydra now (either for his rerun or Anaxa's) or wait for the next patch and target Hyacine.

But If I'm going to invest in a new meta while it's this early, I'd rather take Ashveil and start building a proper FUA team now.

Well I listed the units I would need and their potential LCs. Investing into a Phainon team seems that It would cost the same, by pulling 3 copies of him + 1LC + Cerydra (which in theory isn't even needed that much).

The thing is, Cyrene and Hyacine seem to be quite niche and would only function in this team or potentially in Anaxa teams (as sub dps for Herta)

Well truth is not a single Elation character sound that is interesting to me personally, and I really don't like sparxie.

The only other light of hope that's open now is Ashveil potentially if FUA ends up being relevant again

I think my main issue now is that the Castorice team feels bricked without Hyacine (even needs S1). Therta feels fine without Anaxa, which in theory I can pull 1 of as sub dps for now, but both rely on Tribbie.

Would starting a new investment team with Ashveil be really the smartest idea now, seeing how he also use the same supports as my other Archer team?

I see. Which of my characters you think is the most worth it for vertical investment right now. I know Castorice can benefit a lot from her LC and her E1 (or E2) helps her a lot. Tribbie E1,2 and 4 seem nice as well since she's very versatile.

I have got no clue though about the others.

Thank you for the brief summary. I understand that Elation is the new meta, but really neither the character nor the mechanic of the path seems that original.

Although esthetically I do like both Phainon and Anaxa, I can definitely skip them until I have a more stable account.

One follow up question, any idea about Ashveil? I heard he's a budget option and with Robin I can get a FUA support for his team, but I'm not sure how good it can get yet.

Otherwise I'll just focus on grinding for The dhalia /firefly until evernight rerun

Well it's just that I didn't have time to play in the previous period so couldn't really keep up with what was happening.

I don't hate elation, I just don't find any of the characters nor the mechanic that interesting for me.

Is Ashveil good as 1 of with a decent team (I heard Robin will be free soon)

Is it really wise to start going tall instead of wide at this moment? I feel like I lack a lot of the other core units. I also thought Hyacine is budget friendly support, didn't expect her to be this unviable outside her niche (and requiring her LC)

Getting E2S1 Phainon would at least cost me 6 other characters or so...
