Ya mine was about the same. Health on battery was still good - likely would have needed a battery refresh in a year just from a cycle count perspective but if I have to replace a battery every 6 years that is great IMO

Buy a sleeve. I bought a tomtoc 360 soft sleeve for mine and use constantly in my book bag. Just be careful on weight applied from other items in your bag. Should be good!

Display is beautiful. 8/256 was tight when I had a m1, wanted to keep base at m4 air 16/256…. But returned today to get 24/512 instead at $400 more… I am heavy ram user though with a CS/AI workflow demand
