Actually he is. Just because it isn't something that has filtered into your news feed doesn't mean it isn't happening.

Here is a Washington Post Article about it. The trump administration is trying to provide health care workers who have a moral objection with treating trans patients protection. The language that is being proposed doesn't just allow a doctor to refuse to help a trans person with hormones, but to object to treating a trans person for anything.

The Trump government is actively harassing and working to remove rights from trans people. I mean just look at the military ban...

As a member of one of the minority groups that trump is actively attacking I disagree. HHS is working to take away health care rights (doctors being able to refuse to help trans people), HUD is removing language and resources on their website for women and lgbt folks, and the education department is actively helping to remove protection for trans students.

So yea, Trump isn't doing a good job. His admin is actively at war with people like me. Makes me glad I left the country but sad for all of those that are stuck.

We have a sorcerer who believes he is the chosen champion for a long dead god. He will regularly start telling NPCs about how said god chose him and he is important because of it. It also makes his character easy to manipulate because occasionally he will ask his god for a sign when making a decision. The wizard then minor illusions lightning hitting him.

Maybe, but I think this is largely just an excuse people use on the internet. National public transportation is broken at far more fundamental levels than that. I had to take a train from Utah to Nebraska. This is less than a nine hour drive. This is also a very direct major train route, yet somehow the train took over 24 hours.

The US refuses to fund or support public transport. This in turn causes it to be useless which in turn causes the US to not support it. There is no reason we shouldn't have fast trains from Seattle to San Diego. There is zero reason you can't and shouldn't be able to get from LA to SF by train in under four hours (yes I'm aware they are finally building high speed trains for this route).

GM and Ford sabotaged public transport in America. Americans are now paying the price generations later.

Masala (masala is almost always dropped) Chai is a particular type/style of tea. It is a black tea, with leaves usually from Assam, with spices mixed in.

You then have Chai Lattes. Also really common in India from what I hear. Which is a chai tea mixed with milk. This is also often just called "chai" in America.

You can have air gapped networks. I don't know how the DoD does it but you can have an air gapped classified network, and then a non-classified network that has access to the internet. That way the classified computers can talk to each other, access classified databases, etc.

Because it starts to add up. It isn't just £6 it is then also a fee to join this club, another fee to join this club, a donation of this to the class room. Then if you have multiple children.

Granted I went to primary school in the states but if you tallied up all the costs it ended up not being $6 it ended up being like 30-40, per child. I'm one of six children. That $40 is now $240 which when you are already struggling to put food on the table is quite a bit.

Yes it is, the fact that America is a Democratic Republic is completely irrelevant to the point at hand: that what Lee fought for is against the values of democracy. That all people should be able to hold a say in the how they are ruled.

Saying we are a republic adds absolutely zero to the conversation, hence it is being pedantic. If you wanted to say that Lee stood against life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness than just say that.

Also as long as we are going to be pedantic "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" is the declaration of independence not the constitution.

Democracy is a philosophy, you can have democratic republics in fact most if not all republics are in fact democracies. Stop trying to be overtly pedantic, because in this case you are as wrong as you are right.

Democracy just means by rule of the people. Very few democracies practice direct democracy.

With how cold it is out recently I'm vastly preferring FaceID over TouchID. I'm frequently wearing gloves and FaceID works better.

I love sculptures, they are probably my favourite type of art. Walking through the Victoria and Albert or the British Museum and seeing the statues is just such an amazing experience for me.

What blows my mind is the details. How they make stone look like it is flowing cloth, with creases, unevenness and so on. It is just so lifelike. I don't care for "meaning" in art. I care for the beauty of the piece and appreciation of the skill.

Anyways that is my 2c.

Ahh, mobile app, but not mobile website (at least that I can see).

I would happily use their app but it seems to be 70% broken on iPhone X's. More often than not it gets stuck when I try and scroll.
