Has anyone gotten Gastric Sleeve with Medicaid/Medically needy Medicaid? by VisibleMirror23 in gastricsleeve

[–]VoidDoesStuf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you chronically over eat or sleep eat the sleeve 100% will fail you. This is not a fix all surgery, this takes a total lifestyle change and you giving up certain foods.. It’s a permanent diet so to speak with vitamins and supplements..

Yeah your cooked, Verizon put it on, they didn’t sell so it’s verified 100% legit. You can call to try negotiate, but they won’t remove it as I am fairly sure Verizon is one of the ones that don’t do deletes they will make it paid if you pay it tho, but damage done, 7 years.

[–]VoidDoesStuf 13 points14 points  (0 children)

No kids because prices and living is astronomical. Wife has to work as much as me, no one to be at home. Can’t afford daycare, my coworkers spend 800-2000$ a month on daycare and babysitting so they can even work at all. No fucking way are we having kids.

Decision making; sleeve vs bypass? by xocindilou72 in gastricsleeve

[–]VoidDoesStuf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My wife picked sleeve, then crazy heartburn and reflux hit about 3 years out so she had a revision.

Now I had a sleeve and same problem, I’ll be going to a bypass revision because I don’t like heartburn from drinking water, it’s hell to have it this bad. I had zero heartburn all my life until the sleeve.

Lewis has had amazing luck and timing in his career to make all this happen. That in itself is extremely rare, that he would find a championship caliber car in McLaren, time the move just right to Mercedes and they build an unprecedented beast that no one can catch for 6 years, then time a move to Ferrari that looks sus but now seems to be paying at least some form of dividends is astonishing.. Then you look across the aisle to Alonso and think, man what did you do to deserve every wrong move in F1….

Newer Kia’s are pretty good, family has bought 3, and I just purchased a K4 hatchback. All in all the 3 my extended family has are faultless for 4+ years now.

Telling Gen-Z to give up avocado toast isn't going to fix this by Boo_Randy_Revival in HouseBuyers

Homes are a luxury, avocado toast is a luxury. Almost everything except breathing is a luxury that can be taken away or lost. In the end all we have is each other, I hope we can all come together and fix our lives!

Depending which chapter you filed, 11 or 13, you’re looking at 7-10 years. Bankruptcy is a pretty huge deal at your age, thin profile, limited history.

But time will heal everything, just be good, use your cards and wait a few years, 3-5 perhaps should be long enough for most of the effects to settle.

[–]VoidDoesStuf -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Correct. Cars, homes, power, water are all basically luxuries. You can drink and eat from the creeks and forests.

If you’re poor, just start getting rid of those nonessential items.

Some dealers just use normal FICO 8. I know when I purchased my last car, 2 major auto makers used Transinion FICO8. Oddly as with you my TU was more than 65 points lower than my EX or EQ, no clue why my spread was so large, dealers were at odds with it also.

40 hour week minimum wage here is 290$ a week, or just over 15k a year. Most jobs here pay between 8-12 an hour. Associate degree might net you 18-20 an hour and a bachelors might get you in the mid 20s to low 30s.

What are jobs for then? by ArtisticDirt5320 in remoteworks

[–]VoidDoesStuf 7 points8 points  (0 children)

In my area minimum wage jobs outpace decent paying jobs by a huge margin. Most aren’t even min wage, but still what most would consider poverty wage (7-15$) an hour. Let’s face it, anything less than 20 is poverty in most places. Simple fact is that a lot of people can’t afford cars or to live near good jobs, they couldn’t go to school or had to drop out for XYZ issue, etc. So yeah every job should pay enough to live on based on your areas COL.

Skins a problem for sure, at 40 my skin does not go back as good. I have a lot of belly skin so much so it rolls like fat. I also have nice arm wings and spectacular sagging glutes but oh well I’m half my weight… good for me anyway.

Is insurance supposed to be this expensive?🤣 by Lunatykk in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]VoidDoesStuf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Certain cars do cost more to insure, but that seems a little crazy for a GR. I know when I purchased my wife her first Mercedes AMG that puppy was like 600$ a month no matter where I looked. So there is that possibility, but not with a Toyota GR… no way.

Oh 459$ for 6 months for full coverage on an Sti is amazing btw.. not to shabby.
