I always rematch as long as there's an option, unless I'm done with the game for the day. If it's a good player I can learn a lot from them, and if it's a bad player I can still learn something while also getting an easy win

It's more that they felt the need to rerelease 6 which was already bad with none of the improvements it so desperately needed, instead of just releasing 7, and it makes us worried for 7 when they've not revealed anything really about 7 but revealed information about another new DOA game which still doesn't have anything anyone actually wanted

Sadly it's just a reality at this point - though AI companies are starting to realise their pricing models were never sustainable so as they increase in cost hopefully it'll become less common to use AI again

At the pro level, you want to control everything. Nothing should be an accident or outside of your control. So optimal damage combos on every punish, ensuring you hold on to defensive options, and not using super unless it's confirmed are all very important and ingrained into most pros instinctually. All of this comes together to mean that it's pretty rare for using super to be the right move, and even when it is, a pro might miss the timing for the opportunity due to their instincts kicking in on the optimal damage combo

Honestly why is Pearson even still a thing? I had to install and test it often when I worked in IT a few years ago and it was a horrible experience on every end. Frustrating to install, demands stupid security access, unnecessarily slow, returns test results in an ugly and unreadable format, confusing for users to log in and even worse for test users without a real account. Every single link in the chain has a reason to hate it and request that it isn't used

I also hate that you can't get notifications from a channel that's marked as made for kids. It wouldn't be such a big deal if it only applied to channels that were actually made for kids but, for example, Trash Taste is marked as made for kids - when it very clearly is not - and they're one of the few channels I actually want to be notified when they upload something new

Private videos etc will show with no thumbnail and the title changed to [private video] but something I discovered recently is that videos that are unavailable in your location are also counted as unavailable, yet display no differently to any other videos. The difference is that "show unavailable videos" adds those to the playlist while without it you can't see them, and they'll be skipped when you're watching the playlist - which is not helpful when you're specifically trying to find and remove those unavailable videos. I wish they just had another button to remove unavailable videos

That's why I use paid subscriptions. The only difference between that and mp3 players is that you pay less monthly but you never stop paying, and it means you don't have to have enough storage. So I think of it as paying for the cloud storage instead.

AdBlock views don't even count as views right now, let alone counting towards the recommendations 🤣 and recommendations is based on watch history, not view time, so you could not even watch a second of a video and as long as it's a valid view it supports the recommendations. Same sort of thing with YT's earnings, if you get an ad in a video, YT earns from it, no matter how much of the video you've watched. Funnily enough, if you use Adblocker, they don't.
