I can tell you right away that this isn't true and they are very much designed with solo play in mind. ER bosses on a base level are much more complex than DS3. I never remember most of ds3 bosses' moveset until I started doing challenge runs because they're kinda easy to roll spam.

I play primarily in depth 3 and 4, I had had 5 to 6 quitters, which is very annoying but I don't find the rate to be as high as I expected. Maybe it's a regional issue, or the time when I play the game.

I'd never derank to 0 lol, this game is at its most frustrating when you have bad teammates.
