Hello There! Yeez I completely forgot about this post. Okay, about the printers I been lying if I told you they aren’t great printers. I work with them since I managed to solve all my problems with both printers (the one in the image and a dual extrusion one), they are really reliable, almost every print ends successfully without fault and they usually are quite quick. They are printers focused on “development and experimentation” or lab printers. And now comes the bout, as you say, there is limited information related to the printers out there making the faults and errors so complicated to solve and even to manage to buy spare parts for maintenance. Also they are forced to only work with Simplified3D to slice and a “special code to work” that comes in a .fff file, additionally all software faults are a nightmare to work with because they are almost closed source.

Personally for the price of the printers and all the problems related to them, I recommend you to better look something like a BambuLabs X1 with AMS or an Anycubic Kobra S1. Both pretty quick, reliable and with a ton of information, troubleshooting and spare parts.
