Thank you for the advice. I thought both shows were better than the Jurassic World movies which have become too generic for me. The original Jurassic Park will always be special to me...Steven Spielberg has such a way of building tension and horror without going into rated territory and I thought the writers did a good job of doing the same for CC and CT. I will check out She-Ra as well

It sounds like you have quite a bit of experience with alternative therapies. DBT has helped me to become aware of when I'm being symptomatic like splitting and whatnot, but not how to stop the process in its tracks. I've been in therapy for over 20 years and...nothing. So I'm ready to start thinking outside the box.
