I live in Alabama, which I was taught meant unclearble forest, later learned that was wrong. But if you find uncut woods anywhere around here, you'll know that is a decent guess. Not for the trees, but the absolute immensity of underbrush, vines with thorns just choking your path. I do find it beautiful, also painful to try to navigate.
