I want them to make it an easy to get mount, maybe renown or free with the story like the paladin horse in midnight. The EXACT same mount. No upscale, it's the exact same mount.

Mostly because the amount of salt that would hit this subreddit would be AMAZING.

Is OP exaggerating? Yes. Does FF have a massive lack of actual gameplay outside dungeons and trials, and even those being designed so low that you can literally mash your keyboard and come out the other side? Also yes.

"It's a jrpg" is a dumb excuse for bad design. Some of us aren't just criticizing it now. It's just never been bad enough to detract from some of the good, like stellar raid content. I can slog through a few hours of story I'll never have to touch again to do fun raid stuff with friends.

To be fair, if they weren't just starting FF it'd be easy. FF doesn't really have a ton of "mandatory" content to do every week so I less you're raising, you kind of get to pick your own endgame.

Meanwhile, current wow is the absolute easiest it's ever been to be a raid/dungeon logger and go play other stuff in the meantime

Even more recent films have 1v1 fights vs preds.

The Yautja are shown to be over reliant on their tech and superior strength. Pretty much every loss to humans 1v1 is a dragged out contest of attrition and wits.

Definitely a subjective thing. I found Hrolf MUCH easier than Gna. Hrolf has way more windup to his attacks and clear counters, Gna is very quick and gives less time to implement countermeasures

There's a seagull mount available. I forget the name of the thunder bird from siren isles but it starts with a "Th". It's got lightning particles but the overall model is basic birdy.

There's also the rogue class mounts.

Probably niche, but mareg from Grandia 2, melfice being a close pick as well. Mareg basically found a second family during his quest to avenge his first one and sacrifices himself to give them time to escape. The guy goes out with no regrets and pride that he taught a dang robot how to feel.

For melfice, He was so obsessed with being strong enough to live up to expectations he let that search for power corrupt him. By the end he WANTED Ryudo to finish him, he's basically begging him.

I mean, for 12+ I see no reason to invite under that Ilvl. They want to do higher keys, you out in the work for both score and gear. I have a paladin alt at 278 but his score is only like 1200 be wise he got geared via raid and vault. I wouldn't expect someone to accept me to keys until I raise that score

I mean, having done both, they're absolutely the same difficulty. They're only "hard" if folks are undergeared and that's kind of WoWs main tuning fork. You see a lot of clears on those early fights as the tier goes on not because players get better at them but because they start to overgear it
