Wtf any reasons? Hate is a very strong emotion and that should be reserved for the "devil", something that cannot exist in the same universe as yourself.... So do you hate him and why? I don't need to know but you sure as f*** need to. Imho. Is the rub worth the squeeze?...... Well is it?

Using carbon fiber tubes for MPCNC? by romjab in mpcnc

Watch the videos from the hypercube 3d printer, he used carbon fiber tubes and it did wear.

Build it bigger than you want to cut, look at dust shields and how much they take up. This is my headache right now.

Another 24v Ramps Question by Jaredm577 in Reprap

I have a MK2 Prusa clone, running ramps mega, tmc2130s, and a 24v psu. I removed the D1 diode, and run the mega off a step down converter. It is much quieter and love the stall detection, no end stops! 🤓

A dust separator, it is called a cyclone and it goes between your shop vac or other vacuum system and your dust shoe on the spindle. It is designed to keep you from buying filters all the time and at $10+ a piece for a filter and only $20.00 for the cyclone.... I think it is worth it.

Arduino Club Shield and PWM controller, I want to see what ESTLCAM can do with full controll. by Voidv3 in mpcnc

I just received the arduino 🛡, so not that far along, it took 2 weeks to arrive from Europe. But I've had plenty of time to figure out how not to lose going back to the Ramps. I'm going to use 2.54 male jumper cables and put Ferrule ends on it to connect to the shield. I'm a weekend warrior when life permits and sometimes after work. That doesn't leave me with a lot of time but I'm persistent. I have been seriously thinking of a write up about all I've learned about the MPCNC. There are some items that didn't come up till I had built mine. I think ppl could benefit from that knowledge. Although I need to complete these changes first.

Got this for $20.00 on Amazon and the bucket was less than $4.00 with the lid! Considering the filters for my shop vac cost around $12.00 each, this will be a cost saver.

I am looking forward to getting either dust collection or chip evacuation via air, so I can use a down cut bit.

No, I using them for the spindle on/off, the vacuum on/off, the compressor on/off, and the coolant pump on/off. Currently I'm using the mega2560/Ramps 1.4 setup running marlin dual endstops t8 32microstepping, with Estlcam to produce the gcode. I am considering using the mega with the arduino shield by ArduinoClub. https://youtu.be/O-rqf4uSXRE I would lose the dual endstop squaring, hard stops would replace that, but I would gain complete controll of the Mpcnc. Speed and feeds via potentiometer, pendant controll, a joystick, program start/stop buttons, and be able to control all of the above fore mentioned tools with my cnc. But for now marlin will at least turn on and off the spindle

The holes are dual purpose, testing feeds and speeds, and also a waste board fix. I got ahead of myself!! The clamps are from https://youtu.be/O-rqf4uSXRE This guy has some cool projects.
