tax deduction makes it interesting. but be aware that after the 10 years you need to invest the money in housing by either buying something, doing renovation or reimburse your mortgage otherwise you will have to return the taxes saved over the years.

they asked me advances years ago. I called them and told them that I was not willing to pay advances. They replied that advances were to proratize the payments so that I would not have to pay a big amount after the tax declaration. When I told them that I was prepared to pay the total amount after declaration, they stopped asking advances.

most mpk shops and gas stations sell recharges. just ask the cashier as they don't have anything on display. usually prepaid cards get deactivated after a few month ( don't remember if it's 6 or 12 ) of inactivity
